Vital Voices

A few weeks ago I got the honor of going to DC with the group of YMCA Youth in Government Youth Governors. During our time there, we got to hear from Vital Voices which is now one of my new favorite organizations. 

Vital Voices is an organization, started by then First Lady Hillary Clinton and Madeleine Albright, that helps to 'identify, invest in and bring visibility to extraordinary women around the world by unleashing their leadership potential to transform lives and accelerate peace and prosperity in their communities.' Essentially they find women around the world doing life changing things and help equip them with the tools they need to take their initiatives to the next level. How awesome is that?!?
