Sheryl argues that women hold ourselves back from careers and it is the reason why we are not taking over the corporate world.
When I first heard about this book, from my boss, I didn't necessarily know what I thought. I know some women don't 'lean in' because they are moms and want to focus on their children (or know they will be moms). Some may not want to rise to the corporate ladder, I am not sure. For me, I know I want a career and family and I sincerely hope my career does not interfere with my family.
My dad bought the book for me and I am going to read it and write about it here. Follow along on my new book reviews page! :)
